Hebgen Lake Estates started as a Planned Unit Development in the 1970’s. There are currently 135 lots of which 96 lots are developed. 58 residents live here year-round and 38 live here seasonally. As of May 2020 there are 39 vacant lots. We are growing at the rate of 5-6 homes per year. The neighborhood is very diverse with people from all over the country. We have many young people as well as many retired folks. Almost everybody loves the outdoors and living in this beautiful place.
