Owners Association Board meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month during the summer. Summer meetings usually take place at 6pm at the Water/Sewer Building located in the subdivision. Winter meetings are usually done by phone conference of the board members available.

Our 2020 schedule:
October 28th, 2020, The Annual Owners Meeting was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns. In lieu of the meeting, the HLE/Board prepared and mailed to homeowners the Association’s 2020 Annual Report and Income Statement.

August 7th, at 6PM at the HLE Water/Sewer Building
June 16th, at 6PM at the HLE Water/Sewer Building
May 24th, at 6PM at the HLE Water/Sewer Building

The annual Owners meeting date, time, and place varies but is usually held in late summer when most residents can attend. We typically hold this meeting at the Povah Center in West Yellowstone.
